The chef's kitchen Cristiano Tomei was born between the hill and the sea, in the house of the great-grandparents immersed in the green silence of the mountains and in the genuine and tasty cuisine from Viareggio's mother in the kitchen. "Even so," says the chef of '"l'Imbuto", "in the kitchen is not invented anything."
The chef, who likes to call his art 'craft', with the passing of the years has managed to find the key to his kitchen in simplicity, conquering the culinary palate of the press and the hearts of its guests. Simplicity, however, never predictable, and strictly combined with the selection of raw materials according to their seasonality.
